What happens on the free call?
You talk, mostly. I ask what the site is for and what is annoying you about it, and I tell you what I would do including when the answer is “nothing, this is fine.” No slides, no proposal deck, no follow-up sequence.
How long does a project take?
A straightforward marketing site is usually 3–4 weeks from the point I have your content. E-commerce and custom builds run longer. I will give you a real date on the call, not an optimistic one.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. three of them, billed monthly and cancellable any time.
Do you work with international clients?
Most of my clients are outside Pakistan. I am five hours ahead of London and ten ahead of New York, so if you email at the end of your day there is usually an answer waiting when you get in.
What do you need from me to start?
Your content, your logo files if you have them, and access to your hosting and domain. If any of that is missing, that is normal. we work it out on the call.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Often, yes, and it is usually cheaper than starting over. Send me the URL and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or reworking.
